Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced AI developer to design, develop, and deploy a self-learning internal chatbot that integrates seamlessly with our CRM (Wealthbox) and Microsoft Teams. Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop a custom internal chatbot that retrieves company policies, workflows, FAQs, and procedures from internal documentation

• Integrate the chatbot with our CRM (Wealthbox) to answer questions about client interactions, past meetings, and notes
• Implement self-learning capabilities, allowing the bot to request input from an admin and store new responses automatically
• Ensure seamless integration with Microsoft Teams, providing easy employee access to the chatbot
• Collaborate with our cybersecurity team to align with security and compliance policies, ensuring the chatbot provides secure access for employees only
• Develop a user-friendly interface that's accessible to non-technical team members

Essential Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in AI development, with a focus on chatbots and conversational interfaces

• Proven track record of building AI-powered chatbots that provide secure, user-friendly access to company policies, workflows, FAQs, and procedures
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) concepts
• Experience with CRM integration, particularly with Wealthbox
