Job Summary
As a Remote Sales Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for advertising and selling shipping containers to customers via our user-friendly software. You will respond to customer inquiries, follow up with leads, and encourage customers to place an order. You will also have the opportunity to close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from our system. Our sales team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with arenaflex.
Responsibilities
* Advertise and sell shipping containers using our user-friendly software
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and follow up with leads
- Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from our system
- Each lead will be assigned to a sales manager to call and follow up with customers via phone calls
- NO SALES experience required – we provide daily training and support
- Work from anywhere in the world – this is a fully remote job with a flexible schedule
- This is a NO PHONE job – our Sales Closers call and close the deal for you so you don't have to!
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
