Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (30-40 hours/week). As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for entering data accurately and efficiently into our company database, reviewing and verifying data for errors or discrepancies, and managing a high volume of data entry tasks. You'll also be required to maintain data confidentiality and security, communicate any issues or errors to the appropriate parties, and assist with general office tasks as needed. Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Entering data accurately and efficiently into the company database * Reviewing and verifying data for errors or discrepancies * Managing a high volume of data entry tasks * Maintaining data confidentiality and security * Communicating any issues or errors to the appropriate parties * Assisting with general office tasks as needed * Meeting deadlines and working efficiently with accuracy Requirements To be successful as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * High school diploma or GED certificate * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work independently and within a team * Experience with data entry or administrative tasks preferred * Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical behavior * Experience in the construction or home improvement field would be highly valued, though not required Benefits As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy the following benefits: * While training will be done in-office, after 1-3 weeks, the position can be done remotely * Flexible hours * Pay: $20-23 per hour Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your personal and professional growth through training opportunities and career advancement.
