Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Medical Support Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through chat communication. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client inquiries, concerns, and requests through chat communication in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately gathering and documenting information from clients and relaying it to the appropriate team members
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism
- Providing knowledgeable and compassionate support to clients regarding medical procedures, appointments, and general inquiries
- Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues or concerns and escalating them to the appropriate team members

Qualifications
