Job Summary

As a Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and helping them navigate the complexities of health insurance. You'll be responsible for delivering a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently, and providing technical support to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat

  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues efficiently
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Adapt to changing projects and updates with flexibility and agility
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex's products and services
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices
  • High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Comfortable working from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required (NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour

  • Performance and attendance-based incentives
