Job Summary
As a Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our quality assurance process, working closely with our operations personnel and customers to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of dental products. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Record and schedule work on the computer after assisting in opening and inspecting cases
- Distribute cases to the appropriate department
- Answer telephone, respond to inquiries, and notify customers of delivery times when necessary
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management

Education and Experience
* High School or Equivalent
