Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments, assess healthcare needs, and provide support
- Outreach to patients to schedule preventative health screenings and other healthcare appointments
- Helping patients make informed decisions about their healthcare experience
- Making welcome calls to assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information
- Conducting surveys to gather feedback and improve our services
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, members, and customers

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate caring and compassion in all interactions
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
