We are seeking an experienced On-Site Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bluefield, WV. Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
