Job Summary

As a Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering an exceptional customer experience to our clients and customers. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. You'll also be expected to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and a comfort level with learning new technology.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Possess a high level of professionalism, maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services a plus
  • Spanish Bilingual a plus
