Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide timely and effective solutions to our clients' needs
- Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits to ensure they receive the support they need
- Conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits to our clients
- Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage to ensure they have the right protection in place
- Completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met to ensure seamless policy issuance
- Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics to help us improve our services and meet our goals
- Participating in optional training sessions to enhance your skills and product knowledge, ensuring you stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Excellent communication and time management skills to ensure you can effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize your work
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- High school diploma required (higher education preferred but not mandatory)
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required – we're happy to train the right candidate
