Job Description

As a Customer Service Expert, you'll be responsible for providing a frictionless experience for our customers, assisting them with refunds, exchanges, questions, and complaints. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your warm smile and welcoming attitude will set the tone for their entire shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile, making them feel welcome and valued

  • Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to let them know you'll be right with them
  • Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in conversation
  • Help customers by following the proper procedure for returning or exchanging merchandise, apologizing for any inconvenience and showing empathy
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Completion of high school or the equivalent

  • Retail experience, demonstrated willingness, and potential for additional responsibility
  • Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Ability to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions
  • Willingness to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as needed
  • Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and other team members
  • Cash handling experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Retail experience preferred
