Job Summary

As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting our gaming systems application by executing manual activities, reporting daily activities and incidents, and upholding the security integrity of our gaming systems and operations. You will work closely with our Delivery and Control Room Manager to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution. Key Responsibilities

* Meet monthly performance goals for accuracy, quality, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Prepare timely internal reporting of system and operational incidents
• Handle all job duties in adherence to policies and procedures
• Execute tasks in accordance with system directives
• Monitor the health of the operating system
• Record activities and archive daily logs
• Participate in testing and reporting
• Provide timely feedback to the company regarding system and equipment failures or client concerns
• Maintain information confidentiality
• Adopt and promote company values
• Remain current on all new developments and procedures regarding protocols
• Work according to set goals and targets
• Open production tickets for system issues

What We're Looking For

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Proficient with computer systems and applications
• Demonstrates experience in data reporting
• Control room operator or related work experience
• Highly developed verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Positive attitude ability to maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor
• Demonstrated accuracy with a consistent attention to detail
• Possess independent judgment, discretion, and initiative in absence of management
• Good grammatical and typing/data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy
• Organized with proven time-management skills
• Can remain organized and focused
• Holds true to Company standards and values
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to follow documented protocols
