Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns. You'll work collaboratively with our team to process customer orders, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services to answer customer questions confidently
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
