Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. We'll equip you with the knowledge and skills to become a product and solutions expert, so you can confidently answer product, pricing, and shipping questions.

Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide exceptional service
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services
• Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
