Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering client inquiries and providing product information in a clear, concise, and empathetic manner
  • Resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and account changes
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
