Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers over the phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics and performance targets

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment

  • Experience with CRM software and customer service technology
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, marketing)
  • Fluency in a second language (e.g. Spanish, Mandarin)

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
