Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Beckwourth, CA. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. If you're a quick learner with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and answer questions
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate information to customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
