Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and providing expert insurance recommendations to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service through phone, email, and chat support
  • Resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Providing expert insurance recommendations to customers, ensuring they have the right coverage for their needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Property/Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe)
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, insurance sales, or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus
  • Strong technical background and ability to multi-task in several systems at once
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote work environment
