Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product information. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate information to customers
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
