Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be on processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment, using world-class technology to drive efficiency and accuracy. You'll also be expected to:

• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and answer questions in a timely and professional manner

Minimum Requirements
