Job Description:

Marketing Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales & Marketing Director in building the Expretio campaign plan including messages, messenger(s), channels, and budget allocation.
  • Production of high quality content for our website, SEO/SEM/AIO, LinkedIn profile(s), events and tradeshows, Hubspot, and sales collateral with consistent branding and messaging to support our position as “the real RM vendor for operators who demand more”.
  • Exploit Claude.ai to develop visually appealing marketing assets. 
  • Help to organize events, including making bookings, managing guest lists, invoicing, and tracking expenses. 
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to connect with all decision makers and stakeholders at key Prospects.
  • Help the sales team ensure registration of prospects and contacts in CRM (MS Dynamics).
  • Track branding and lead generation effect in all marketing channels.
  • Proofread copy and presentations to maintain quality standards. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to encourage participation in promotional activities.  
  • Conduct regular competitor and market research, reporting back key findings to the wider Sales & Marketing team. 
  • Support the Sales & Marketing team with general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing the marketing calendar, and planning campaigns. 

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
  • A high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software. 
  • Proficiency in Claude.ai or other AI tool to produce consistent high quality content efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Wordpress (Expretio website CMS)
  • Experience with SEO strategies preferred. 
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation.
  • Experience in managing LinkedIn and preferably other SoMe channels.  
  • Experience with Paid Media preferred, ideally utilising Google Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.  
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. 
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a global remote team environment
  • Fluency in English is required; French, Spanish, and/or other additional languages are a strong plus
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including direct or indirect coaching and mentoring responsibilities, is desirable.
