Pay: ₱80,000.00 - ₱120,000.00 per month

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled, enthusiastic and self-driven Senior Operations Manager to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for managing the day to day operations and ensuring we are meeting the highest standard for customer service, as well as the smooth orchestration of order processing, commitment, and fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in a logistics role, with a natural talent for motivating cross functional teams and have a deep understanding of what it takes to build and maintain a trusted relationship with all of your business partners both internal and external. They will have a strong technical and analytical background, as well as the desire to make a significant business impact by owning and driving supply chain efficiencies to enable major business objectives.

This position will directly oversee the Order Management and Warehouse Team.

Responsibilities

? Supervises all shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities performed by warehouse associates.

? Maintains department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy.

? Confers with department heads to coordinate warehouse activities, such as production, sales, records control or purchasing.

? Reviews invoices, work orders, consumption reports, or demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments.

? Achieves warehouse KPI, operation optimization, and cost control goals.

? Prepares, coordinates, and manages physical inventory, including controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with ERP (NetSuite).

? Monitors and manages min/max levels on inventory, making recommendations for fine-tuning inventory levels and mitigating obsolete and/or slow-moving items

? Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing

? variances; initiating corrective actions.

? Supervises team to include hiring, training, reviewing and approving time cards, planning and assigning daily work; conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems.

? Maintains a customer service-oriented philosophy in all conduct of self and warehouse staff.

? Ensure the efficient utilization and physical condition of warehousing space by planning and implementation of new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

? Performs regular cycle counts to monitor inventory accuracy and creates action plans to address all deficiencies found in the cycle count program.

? Reviews all shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies and determine the root cause.

? Interacts with customers, suppliers, and transport companies to resolve problems with the delivery of shipments.

? Negotiates with carriers, warehouse operators, or insurance company representatives for services and preferential rates.

? Responsible for SOP document release and execution, creating and improving the workflow

? Be the main point of contact for escalation on operations related issues

? Attend Quarterly cadence calls with key vendors to better address operational issues

? Own reviewing all SO’s as final approval step before releasing to have PO’s cut

? Oversee and handle RMAs

? Review and Track with Team following:

? No ISD’s after 2 days

? ISD is past with no IAD

? Drop Shipments past ISD without invoices
