Job Description

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, while also providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, while maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy

Essential Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field (e.g. customer service, administration)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software (e.g. Excel, Access)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau)
• Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g. Certified Data Entry Specialist)
• Experience working with clients in a customer-facing role
