Job Summary

As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through value-based conversations and remarkable customer service. You'll work closely with our team to establish customer relationships, provide prompt and accurate service, and educate customers about insurance options. Responsibilities

As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, as needed
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
  • Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Providing timely and thorough activity reports to management
  • Staying current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Active Property and Casualty license (required)
  • Life and Health license (required)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
