Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll be equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide legendary service, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions with confidence. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
