What is your impact on your role? </strong> <ul> <li>Effectively plan, distribute, and manage the deployment of operational support resources throughout the development lifecycle, across multiple development</li> <li>Manages downtime/fixes, incidents, and issues across the team</li> <li>Manages engineers and/or performance analysts in the local market team</li> <li>Tracks, reviews, and reports operational support costs throughout the development lifecycle</li> <li>Single point of contact for company/development groups or vendors requesting support to resolve issues</li> <li>Directs operational resources to resolve/prevent issues as Prevention includes ensuring adequate performance monitoring for critical applications</li> <li>Enforcement of manufacturing assurance practices</li> <li>Facilitates the use of technical expert skills to drive engineering designs/improvements</li> <li>Assists in quality assessments by supporting metric assessments for major changes</li> <li>Contributes to policy development and Procedures for manufacturing and service support functions</li> <li>Ensures adherence to the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) compliance process for handling incidents, problems, and changes.</li> </ul> <strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong> <ul> <li>2+ years of technical experience in a mainframe environment.</li> <li>Experience designing and implementing mainframe and distributed</li> <li>More than 2 years of experience in mainframe infrastructure, hardware, and operating systems.</li> <li>More than two years of problem, change, and incident queue tracking, capability compliance enforcement, root cause analysis, and change quality</li> </ul> <strong>Preferred Qualifications </strong> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Previous experience in an operational or support role</li> </ul> Apply!
