Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual who is eager to grow and succeed in a fast-paced environment. As an arenaflex Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, following up with customers, and exceeding their expectations. You will also use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options, develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
