Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer inquiries regarding applications, products, and services
- Conducting research to provide accurate and up-to-date information on new products, models, and services
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve equipment issues and provide solutions to customers
- Maintaining knowledge of all private brand customers and their specific needs
- Entering orders, checking order status, and updating customers on back-order items
- Processing warranty registrations and dispatching service providers as needed
- Assisting in training service providers, distributors, reps, and outside sales teams
- Reporting issues to the correct departments to improve equipment and services
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing service equipment issues
- Reading electrical and hydraulic flow diagrams to provide accurate solutions
Your Experience & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least two years of customer service or call center experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- General automotive knowledge and a passion for learning about new technologies and products
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
- Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Access)
- Ability to work occasional weekends and be flexible with your schedule
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
