You'll work from home, using our advanced training platform and duplicatable sales system to connect with clients and provide personalized support. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Use our advanced training platform and duplicatable sales system to connect with clients and provide personalized support
- Set appointments and meet with clients to discuss their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Work with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets, while also delivering exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with our team of mentors and trainers to stay up-to-date on the latest sales and marketing strategies
- Participate in daily training and mentoring calls to stay informed and motivated
Essential Qualifications
* Must reside in the USA
- Proven success in sales is preferred, but we'll train the right candidate
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, disciplined, and driven to succeed
- Willing to embrace our core values and work with a high level of coachability
- Humble and willing to learn a duplicatable and proven system
- Licensed Life and Health Agents (we'll assist in obtaining)
- Leaders and entrepreneurs with a desire to build a business and achieve their life goals

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
