A Typical Day at arenaflex
As a Customer Support Representative, your day will be filled with exciting opportunities to help our collectors. You might:
* Help a VIP collector pre-order a life-size Iron Man or Boba Fett statue
* Provide a positive experience for a collector by interacting via phone, live chat, or email
* Assist a customer in updating their account information to keep their order on track
* Reply to an email from a first-time customer who has questions about how to pose their piece

Desired Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Open availability, including seasonal overtime opportunities during peak windows
* Support phone, email, and chat experience (but we want to hear your story!)
* The ability to relay detailed information about our ordering process in a clear, straightforward manner
* A willingness to share order/processing feedback with detail and precision with teammates and other key stakeholders
* Consistency in meeting team-wide performance goals of satisfaction and knowledge sharing
* The ability to think outside the box to find creative solutions for internal systems
* Multitasking skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and navigate ambiguous order situations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle tough conversations with customers and efficiently de-escalate calls and chats
* Knowledge of Smartsheet, CRM tools, PM software, and ERP/management software
* High-level efficiency with Windows OS, MS Office, and standard PC functions
Bonus Skills
If you have experience in the following areas, you'll be a strong fit for this role:
* Business-to-customer support experience with an online retailer
* Pop culture, studio, or startup experience will catch our eye
* Experience with HelpScout, iAdvize, Zopim, Twilio, or similar CRM/support software
* Experience with MAS500 or similar SAGE/ERP software
* Proven analytical and quantitative skills will sweeten the deal
