Position Description

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as At-Home Contact Center Specialists. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services through outbound and inbound calls
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients' customers, resolving issues, and answering questions
• Working with a variety of clients, including appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting
• Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with our team to achieve shared goals and objectives
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
• A computer at home that meets our minimum workstation requirements (Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better, Windows 10, 8GB RAM, webcam, high-speed internet access)
• A quiet workspace with a desk and reliable internet connection
• Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training program (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST)
