Job Summary
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers to sell our products and services, while also providing top-notch customer support and building strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services: Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Customer Support: Assist customers post-sale with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and other needs to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, outcomes, and client feedback, and report on performance regularly to management to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and management to help develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional efforts to drive revenue growth.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services to effectively address customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to clients' requirements to drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements
* Must be a U.S. citizen
- High school diploma required
- Positive attitude and strong communicational skills
- Willingness to be coached
- Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
- Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating
- Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
