Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist - Pricing and Operations, you'll play a critical role in supporting our pricing and operations teams. You'll be responsible for researching competitor pricing and products, analyzing and updating price sheets, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and ensuring product pricing aligns with applicable tariffs and internal standards. You'll also communicate clearly and professionally with remote teams and customers via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

* Research competitor pricing and products via websites and direct outreach

• Analyze and update price sheets, filtering out outdated or discontinued items
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems (including warehouse systems)
• Download and manage data using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs required)
• Ensure product pricing aligns with applicable tariffs and internal standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email with remote teams and customers
• Support general administrative tasks related to pricing operations

What You'll Bring to the Role

* Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs required)

• Comfortable navigating websites and handling data downloads
• Proven administrative background
• Confident and professional communicator by phone and email
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond professionally to challenging inquiries

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative, or related roles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the automotive industry or related field

• Knowledge of pricing and operations principles
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and other internal systems
• Certification in data entry or related field
