Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Research Panelist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Data Entry Research Panelist, you'll play a critical role in helping us gather valuable insights and feedback from our clients. Key Responsibilities
* Participate in online research studies and provide valuable feedback to our clients
- Enter data accurately and efficiently using our proprietary software
- Collaborate with our team to ensure that all research studies are completed to the highest standard
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients' needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and processes
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, psychology) an asset
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, research, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in market research, customer service, or a related field
- Familiarity with online research software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bilingual or multilingual skills an asset
