Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our research studies and data collection efforts. You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data, conducting online surveys, and participating in product testing and focus groups. Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our database systems
- Conduct online surveys and participate in product testing and focus groups
- Provide feedback and insights on products and services
- Collaborate with our research team to ensure high-quality data collection
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English (Spanish is a plus, as more opportunities are available)
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with stable internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills are helpful but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
* Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support are helpful but not mandatory
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Ability to use webcam and smartphone for studies
Pay and Benefits
* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
- Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
