Responsibilities:

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service
• Documenting call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
• Upselling current customers on new or enhanced services
• Providing exceptional patient support and experience that exceeds our clients' expectations
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Qualifications:

To be successful as a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
• Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
