SEO SPECIALIST This is a remote position open to candidates currently based in LATAM. We are specifically hiring within LATAM and are not considering U.S.-based applicants for this role. At Deck Builder Marketers (DBM), we specialize in helping deck builders across North America grow their businesses through cutting-edge digital marketing. Our unique Deck Builder Marketing System includes SEO, PPC, websites, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and automation—all tailored specifically for the deck-building industry. We’re looking for an experienced, full-time SEO Specialist who is ready to make a meaningful impact by driving organic traffic, improving search visibility, and generating quality leads for our clients. ROLE OVERVIEW As our SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in driving qualified traffic that turns into real leads and booked projects for our clients. We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of search marketing, a passion for staying ahead of industry trends, and the ability to integrate SEO with other digital marketing channels. WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE Main Goal: Increase qualified website traffic from search engines to generate real leads and sales for our clients. Your SEO efforts will directly contribute to measurable business growth.
- Account Leadership: Manage multiple client accounts, delivering consistent, cost-effective SEO-driven traffic and lead growth.
- SEO Strategy Development: Build high-performing websites through keyword research, strategic content direction, and early-stage SEO implementation.
- Local SEO Enhancement: Improve local search rankings and visibility by optimizing and maintaining Google Business Profiles (GBP).
- Diagnostic Analysis & Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve rankings, traffic, and lead quality through technical SEO audits and performance analysis.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Continuously assess SEO performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Search Console to guide improvements and resolve issues.
- Collaboration & Communication: Keep the Department Manager informed of progress and insights and contribute to refining the overall SEO strategy.
- Link-Building & Competitive Strategy: Execute link-building strategies and competitor analysis to strengthen market positioning for our clients.
- Process Improvement: Help refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize SEO workflows and improve efficiency.
MUST HAVES ✔ 7+ years of hands-on SEO experience (technical, on-page, and off-page SEO) ✔ Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush ✔ Experience with SEO content strategy, SEO copywriting, and content marketing ✔ Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve rankings and lead quality ✔ Familiarity with WordPress, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals ✔ English Level: Fluent (both written and spoken) COMPENSATION Competitive salary based on experience + performance incentives OUR CULTURE We’re passionate about serving our clients and making a real impact in the deck-building industry.
