Job Summary As a Video Creative Coordinator, you'll play a key role in our Arts/Creative Department, overseeing the development of video team activities and processes to achieve our goals, strategies, and objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain good working relationships within the department and the company
- Provide motivation, training, and skills to team members while ensuring quality work
- Work independently and collaboratively with team leaders, customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams
- Provide creative direction, practicality, feedback, and break down delivery barriers during projects
- Monitor and ensure the integrity of all projects, including feasibility, efficiency, effectiveness, compliance with project requirements, and departmental/corporate brand standards Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., film, video production, communications)
- 2+ years of experience in a related field, with a focus on video production, project management, or a similar area
- Proven skills in leadership, project management, and video design and production
- Advanced understanding of video design and production, with an excellent eye for color and design
- Proficiency in Mac and Hirecrafto Office Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a team environment, preferably in a creative or arts-related field
- Knowledge of style and trends in craft, design, and business
