Subscription Data Analyst for E Commerce Brand (Cohorts, LTV Modeling, MRR Forecasting, CAC Analysis) Description: We are a fast growing e commerce brand in the nutraceutical subscription space. We have scaled to eight figures in revenue and are looking for a highly analytical individual who can help us understand and optimize the financial and retention performance of our subscription model. Your role will focus on turning our subscription data into clear insights and actionable decisions for growth. You will work alongside our marketing, operations and leadership team to analyze cohorts, retention behavior, CAC performance, LTV and projected MRR. You will also help create forecasting models that guide how aggressively we can scale on platforms like Facebook. Responsibilities:

  • Analyze subscriber cohorts and identify retention patterns over time
  • Interpret retention heatmaps and extract clear insights for the team
  • Calculate and improve LTV, 1 month to 3 month payback windows and customer survival rates
  • Monitor CAC performance and compare it to LTV thresholds to determine scaling limits
  • Build forecasting models for projected MRR and subscriber growth
  • Create weekly and monthly reports with expected revenue, churn, net subscriber change and expected subscription cycle volumes
  • Model different media spend scenarios and show how much we can spend on Meta based on LTV and CAC
  • Work with our internal calculators to update projections, revenue targets and breakeven thresholds
  • Analyze the impact of subscription offers, pricing, churn points and renewal behavior
  • Identify opportunities to improve retention across month 1, month 2 and month 3
  • Work with leadership to provide clear dashboards and data visualizations
  • Communicate insights in a simple and understandable way for non technical team members Requirements:
  • Strong experience with subscription analytics, preferably for e commerce or nutraceutical brands
  • Excellent understanding of CAC, LTV, MRR, churn, retention and payback windows
  • Ability to read and interpret cohort data and create clear summaries
  • Strong spreadsheet and financial modeling skills
  • Experience creating forecasting models and scenario based projections
  • Ability to work with internal data sets and turn them into actionable recommendations
  • Familiar with Meta ads and how acquisition cost affects subscription economics
  • Detail oriented and able to check and verify data accuracy
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Comfortable working quickly while maintaining accuracy
  • Experience with TripleWhale, Skio, ReCharge or similar tools is a plus
  • Experience in nutraceutical or subscription e commerce is preferred but not required What We Offer:
