What We’re Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Reside in Virginia
- Open availability during operating hours
- Professional customer service aptitude
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to navigate system tools to search for answers and information
- Self-paced learner with the ability to independently study and successfully pass the state insurance exam following comprehensive paid training provided by arenaflex

Home Setup Requirements
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require the following setup:
- Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship the necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam
- Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless/No 5G internet packages
- Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; a webcam video presence will be required during training and production
- Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training
