As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you’ll support one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. This is an inbound program, no cold calling is required! We cover all the training, testing fees, and state licensing requirements to help you launch your insurance career.

What We’re Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 18 years old
  • Reside in Virginia
  • Open availability during operating hours
  • Professional customer service aptitude
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to navigate system tools to search for answers and information
  • Self-paced learner with the ability to independently study and successfully pass the state insurance exam following comprehensive paid training provided by arenaflex

Home Setup Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require the following setup:

  • Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship the necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam
  • Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless/No 5G internet packages
  • Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; a webcam video presence will be required during training and production
  • Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training
