Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers through various channels, and providing exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about arenaflex's products and services to answer customer questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
