Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex At Home in Wausau, WI. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and making outbound calls to patients and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to call inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals in a professional and courteous manner
- Promote arenaflex services and products to patients and healthcare professionals
- Make outbound calls to patients and healthcare professionals to provide information and support
- Maintain proficiency in phone systems, software applications, programs, and events
- Stay up-to-date on program and service scripts, as well as physician and service referrals provided by the call center
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support
Experience and Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent required; secondary education in a health-related field desired
- Five years of experience in customer service, administrative, sales, or communication-related fields in a fast-paced environment required
- Clinical environment experience desired
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills required
- Demonstrates good listening skills
- Service representatives must maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
