Key Responsibilities

* Complete tasks, micro-tasks, and online focus groups from the comfort of your own home
* Use your computer, laptop, or mobile device to complete studies and provide feedback
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and studies
* Maintain a stable internet connection and a reliable device for participating in studies
Requirements
* Education varies by study – all education levels accepted
* Current USA resident
* Speak, read, and understand English/Spanish (a plus as more opportunities are available)
* Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and studies
* Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
* Microsoft Word or Excel helpful as a tool to keep yourself organized (but not mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications
* Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support (but not mandatory)
* Data entry skills, with the ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
* Experience with online research studies and focus groups
Pay and Benefits
* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
* Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
