In this role, you’ll lead a large-scale finance program tied to a major organizational initiative, overseeing delivery across multiple concurrent projects within a complex, matrixed environment. This role is part of a high-visibility enterprise effort supporting a multi-state health plan affiliation. You’ll be responsible for driving program outcomes across financial systems, operations, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, execution, and successful delivery. - Lead a large-scale, enterprise finance program with multiple interdependent projects
- Drive program delivery across scope, budget, timelines, risks, and outcomes
- Oversee and coordinate the work of multiple project managers across the program
- Partner with finance, business, and technology stakeholders to align priorities and execution
- Manage interdependencies, risks, and issues across projects, ensuring proactive mitigation and contingency planning
- Define program structure, milestones, reporting, and success metrics
- Track and communicate program performance to executive stakeholders and leadership
- Operate within a matrixed organization, influencing across teams and disciplines
- Support financial systems and operational integration efforts tied to organizational change initiatives
- Utilize tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office to manage program tracking and reporting
Who we’re searching for / About you:
- 10+ years of progressive program or project management experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale programs ($10M+ budgets, teams of 75+ individuals)
- Experience managing multiple project managers and complex program structures
- Strong background in finance-related programs, financial systems, or ERP implementations (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP)
- Experience supporting large-scale integration efforts (e.g., mergers, affiliations, or enterprise transformations)
- Deep expertise in program delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication and alignment
- Experience operating in highly matrixed, cross-functional environments
- Proficiency with Smartsheet and enterprise project management tools
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar certification preferred
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries preferred

- Location: Remote (must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah)
- Schedule: Must be able to work Pacific Time hours; occasional off-hours work may be required
