Key Responsibilities

• * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement blockchain solutions tailored to specific business needs.
• * Ensure the security and scalability of blockchain-based applications.
• * Conduct research on emerging blockchain technologies and propose innovative solutions.
• * Monitor, maintain, and improve existing blockchain networks and applications.
• * Troubleshoot and resolve issues within blockchain frameworks and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer or similar role.
• * Proficiency in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or Hyperledger.
• * Strong programming skills in languages such as Solidity, Rust, Python, or JavaScript.
• * Experience with decentralized application (dApp) development and Web3 frameworks.
• * Solid understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721).
• * Knowledge of tools like Remix, Truffle, or Hardhat for blockchain development.
• * Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience
• * Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• * Minimum 3+ years of experience in blockchain development.
• * Prior experience in developing decentralized finance (DeFi) or NFT projects is a plus.
