DuPont is looking for a driven Sales Representative (f/m) to lead growth of our Personal Protection portfolio across the UK. This home‑based role puts you at the front line—working with distributors and end users to promote industry‑leading protective apparel and industrial safety solutions.

You’ll combine sales flair, technical insight, and strong relationship skills to expand applications, win new business, and influence the future of personal protection in the UK.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong relationships across the value chain, from distributors to key end users.

  • Drive growth by developing new applications and expanding use of existing solutions.

  • Promote DuPont’s full Personal Protection offering, including chemical protection and controlled environments.

  • Partner closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams.

  • Provide market and competitive insights to influence strategy and innovation.

  • Lead customer seminars, application training, and participate in trade fairs.

  • Play an active role in defining DuPont’s strategic path in the UK market.

  • Execute pricing and business strategies to deliver results—independently, but never alone.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally within personal protective equipment.

  • Strong commercial mindset with technical credibility.

  • Experience in chemical protective solutions is a strong plus.

  • English fluency.

  • Willingness to travel up to 70% across the UK.

  • Confidence influencing, negotiating, and building trust with customers.

  • Highly self‑driven, organized, and comfortable working independently.

  • Team‑player attitude within an international organization.
