Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. Key Responsibilities

* Field customer inquiries and address pain points through inbound and outbound calling

  • Maintain extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Set appointments and perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Utilize basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and quality control tasks
  • Participate in leadership development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Minimum Qualifications
