Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Licensed Property & Casualty Customer Service Insurance Agent, you'll be responsible for servicing multi-state clients, including coverage and risk analysis, endorsement activity, billing questions, problem-solving, and renewal processing. You'll provide professional, accurate, and timely assistance while building relationships with clients and the carrier to ensure client satisfaction. Your duties will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, including answering questions, resolving issues, and processing transactions
• Understanding, introducing, and leveraging the products and services available as appropriate
• Updating and maintaining client accounts within a customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborating with the carrier to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
• Analyzing client needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and product updates to ensure expertise and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Active Property and Casualty License
• 4+ years of Personal Lines insurance customer service experience, with a focus on high-net-worth carriers such as Chubb, PURE, AIG/PCS, etc.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and proactively, edit communications for spelling and grammar, and present information effectively without technical jargon
• Self-confidence and the ability to make sound independent decisions
• Proficiency in using a variety of computer programs, including CRM, MS Office, and carrier quoting tools
• Highly professional and self-motivated, with a positive attitude and energetic personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication

• Competitive hourly rate of $25+ per hour, depending on experience
• Flexible scheduling, with up to 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5-6 hours per day between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm Eastern
• Opportunity to work from home, with a dedicated workspace that meets our environmental requirements
• Licensing and CE costs covered by the company, provided company applications are utilized for these services (estimated cost $11,500)

Work Environment and Requirements

As a remote worker, you'll need to ensure that your work environment meets our requirements, including:

• A dedicated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions, such as children, family members, friends, and neighbors
• A high-speed internet connection via wired ethernet, with an upload speed of 5 Mbps and a download speed of 16 Mbps
• A stable internet service provider (ISP) with 1% or less packet loss and latency under 100ms
• An available cell phone or tablet, with the ability to install our required 2FA software for multifactor authentication
