Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and helping them navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service experience consistently, responding to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries

  • Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to maintain and improve skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with high comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer base
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working from home, with reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation and Benefits

* $15.00 - $16.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
