Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our research and development initiatives. You'll be responsible for entering data, conducting online surveys, and participating in focus groups, all from the comfort of your own home. This is a flexible work arrangement that allows you to work at your own pace, choose your own hours, and earn a competitive income.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter data accurately and efficiently using a computer or mobile device

  • Conduct online surveys and participate in focus groups as required
  • Utilize Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized and track your progress
  • Communicate effectively with our research team and provide feedback on your experiences
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, as set by our research team

Requirements

* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted

  • Current USA resident
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus for more opportunities)
  • Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and responsibilities
  • Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
  • Microsoft Word or Excel skills (helpful but not mandatory)
  • Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support (helpful but not mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative assisting

  • Familiarity with online survey tools and focus group software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to participate in training and development programs

Pay and Benefits

* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions

  • Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
